where dad becomes the new local church pastor. 

        All the awkward cultural moments take place in day to day life as they navigate school, friendship, and dating. Youngest child, Gabby, adopts a unique musical coping method that makes her laugh but makes others uncomfortable. 

        This film tackles some major issues; race, puberty, education, immigration, food,

and even all the weird church stuff.  And it does so with loads of  humor and humanity.
